This is an appeal from the judgment in an action for conversion in which the complaint states two causes of action. In eách cause it is alleged that the plaintiff is the owner and entitled to the possession of a certain section 11 and certain fence material formerly constituting a fence on said section. The first cause of action describes a leaning or “pole” fence; the second a wire fence, with posts set in the ground.
