This was a proceeding under the Workmen’s. Compensation act of 1911 to recover for the death of one George Lauruszka. A petition was filed in the county court of Winnebago county by Anna Lauruszka and Thomas Lauruszka, as sister and father, respectively, of the deceased, against the Empire Manufacturing Company and the Cyclone Blow Pipe Company to recover for injuries sustained by said George Lauruszka in the course o.f his employment as the servant of the above named corporations, which resulted in his death.
