This is a writ of error sued out of this court by Helen E. Myers and others to review the record of the county court of Champaign county in a proceeding for the organization of Newcomb Special Drainage District in the counties of Champaign and Piatt and State of Illinois, and to obtain a reversal of the order of said county court declaring said district organized. The defendants to the writ of error are the commissioners of the drainage district.
