This was a proceeding to recover compensation, under the Workmen’s Compensation act of 1911, for the death of Frank M. Markusic. The case was tried in the circuit court of Cook county on an appeal from a report, or award of the board of arbitrators, rendered in accordance with section 10 of said Compensation act. On the trial in the circuit court a judgment for $3500 was entered in favor of appellee, payable in installments, in accordance with the terms of the statute.
