¶ 1. Linda T. Peterson appeals from a judgment, awarding her $3,388.50 in damages for breach of contract, and awarding Cornerstone Property Development LLC (Cornerstone) $3,594.93 in costs, in a suit involving Peterson's purchase of an unfinished condominium unit from Cornerstone. On appeal, Peterson raises two issues: (1) the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment to Cornerstone, following the court's grant of Cornerstone's motion to reconsider, dismissing her claim based on a violation of Wis.
