This appeal centers around a covenant not to compete incidental to the sale of a business. The individual defendants are not parties to this appeal. The corporate defendant appeals from a judgment awarding plaintiffs damages for breach of the covenant not to compete, and plaintiffs cross-appeal from the trial court’s reduction of damages. We affirm.
