MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES R. SPENCER, Chief Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on a Motion for Preliminary Injunction by Toolchex, Inc. For the reasons stated below, the Court will GRANT the Motion.
1. Background
Toolchex is an “administrator of tool reimbursement plans.” The company’s customers are employers who reimburse their employees for the cost of tools and other equipment that they purchase for their jobs.
