This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Stephen A. Parson, Sr., Leon Benjamin, and Bruce L. Waller, Sr.’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction. (ECF No. 3.) On January 11,2016, Defendants James B. Alcorn, Clara Belle Wheeler, and Singleton McAllister, in their official capacities as officers of the Virginia State Board of Elections, responded.
