This case presents an appeal from a verdict for the defendant returned by direction of the court at the close of plaintiff’s evidence. The issues revolve largely around Code section 321.494, Code of 1958, commonly known as the Iowa Guest .Statute. Because of its importance in the case we set it out herewith:
