— Plaintiff, while riding in a car owned and operated by defendant Virgil Dean Hutchinson, sustained injuries as a result of an intersection collision with a car owned and operated by defendant Albert Henry Kohlstedt. Plaintiff alleged he was a nongratuitous passenger and not a guest in the Hutchinson vehicle. The trial court overruled Hutchinson’s motions for directed verdict made at the close of plaintiff’s evidence and renewed at the close of all the evidence.
