William Weaver (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting the termination petition of State of the Art, Inc. (Employer). We affirm.

On March 23,1998, Claimant sustained a work-related injury while in Employer’s employ. A notice of compensation payable (NCP) was issued, describing the injury as a left shoulder strain resulting from repetitive stress and providing for benefits payable to Claimant.
