In Exclusion Proceedings A-24712281 Decided by Board May 14, 1982 (1) Cuban applicants, who were granted refugee status by Peru and were permitted to live and be employed without restriction in that country, are held to be firmly resettled in Peru prior to their arrival in the United States, and, therefore, not entitled to refugee status in this country.
