In Exclusion Proceedings A.-22792193 Decided by Board August 26, 1980 (1) Relief ender section 243(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended by the Refugee Act of 1980, 8 U.S.C. 1253(h), is not available to an alien who is considered to have committed a "serious nonpolitical crime" prior to his arrival in the United States.
