I. Introduction
In this original proceeding, we consider whether the Denver District Court erred in ordering Petitioner Julie Stone to execute authorizations for the release of her tax records as part of discovery in her action against Respondent State Farm Mutual Insurance Co. ("State Farm") to recover under-insured motorist ("UIM") benefits. Stone claims that the court abused its discretion by failing to apply the factors set forth in Martinelli v.
