Bossard Associates, Inc. and the estate of Dennis K. Bossard (collectively “Bossard” or “appellants”) appeal from the judgment of the District Court in favor of plaintiff Steno-graph, L.L.C., on claims that Bossard infringed Stenograph’s copyright for computer software and misappropriated its trade secrets.
