COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Brenda Curtis appeals the district court’s denial of her motion for a preliminary injunction. Her complaint seeks to enjoin the enforcement of an Illinois statute making it a crime to solicit the sale of residential real estate once the owner has given notice that he or she does not desire to sell the properly, Ill.Rev.Stat. Ch. 38 § 70-51(d), as violative of the First Amendment. We affirm.
