R. D. Hale sued the Hale-Georgia Minerals Corporation, of which he was a vice-president, for salary for services rendered under a contract allegedly entered into between the plaintiff and the president of the defendant corporation. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, and the defendant moved for a new trial on the general and two special grounds. The motion was overruled and the defendant excepts.
