MANTON, Circuit Judge.

[1] In order that there may be a clear understanding of the patent in suit and its contribution to the art, it is well to consider music sheet guiding devices and the musical instruments, such as the organ or piano, which play automatically and upon which it is used. An automatic piano or organ is constructed by having a series of little motors incorporated therein, each of which is connected to operate one particular action or sound-producing mechanism.
