BRADFORD, District Judge.
The question now for decision was certified to this court by the referee in bankruptcy for this county, under section 39a(5) of the bankruptcy act, together with his finding thereon. It is whether John P. Twaddell had at the date he was adjudged a bankrupt, by virtue of the last will and testament of Jacob W. Horter, any interest or claim in or to certain real estate situate in Pennsylvania transmissible to the trustee in bankruptcy.
