One Mary H. Fairfax was injured on August 30th, 1935, in an automobile accident, and recovered, on June 14th, 1937, a judgment for $5,000 against Howard E. Brazier, the driver. On October 21st, 1937, an attachment was issued on this judgment, and laid in the hands of the Savings Bank of Baltimore, garnishee. A second attachment was issued on December 13th on the judgment, and laid in the hands of Howard E. Brazier as trustee, .garnishee. In each attachment, the garnishee pled. In the first, Nellie M.
