H. H. Hardin & Co., a partnership engaged in the lumber business, filed suit in the district court of Taylor county against W. A. Jones, .M. J. Jarman, A. A. Gauntt, J. H. Cooper, and O. C. Scarborough. The petition alleged that S. H. Bolling was notoriously insolvent, and that his place of residence was unknown to plaintiff, and plaintiff prayed that he might prosecute this suit against the other defendants.
