Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407(e), The First National Bank of Boston (the Bank) seeks a writ of mandamus to review an order of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) in In re New York City Municipal Securities Litigation, 439 F.Supp. 267.
