OPINION OF THE COURT BY
FREAR, J.
This is a bill in equity brought by the trustees under the will of the late H. A. P. Carter for instructions as to the disposition to be made of a stock dividend as between life tenants and remaindermen.
The facts are uncontested and as shown by the bill, answer and evidence are as follows: The testator by his will, which was probated December 30, 1891, after making certain specific bequests, devised and bequeathed the residue of his estate to the plaintiffs as trastees to hold one-sixth thereof in trust for each of the defendants and the plaintiff Geo.
