This was an action to procure a judicial construction of the provisions of a will, and incidentally for an accounting by the trustees of a testamentary trust. Caroline Cuyler died on the 18th day of September, 1888, leaving a will with two codicils, which were admitted to probate. The plaintiffs are the executors of the will and trustees under the trust created thereby. The testatrix, after making various general and specific bequests and devises to collateral relatives, friends and institutions of charity, disposed of the residue of her estate in trust, for the benefit of three grandchildren…
