JOHN W. OLIVER, District Judge.
This case involves the important question of whether a prisoner removed to the Springfield Medical Center from the Reformatory at Chillicothe, Ohio, pursuant to Section 4241, Title 18 U.S.C., is entitled to a judicial review, by habeas corpus or otherwise, of the administrative judgment that he “is still insane”, within the meaning of Section 4243, Title 18 U.S.C., and therefore subject to being “delivered into the custody of the proper authorities” of the State of the prisoner’s residence after the expiration •of his maximum sentence. 1
