According to the amended complaint filed by the City of Irondale in the underlying action, the owners and operators of a hospital located on Montclair Road in the City of Birmingham, known as Montclair Baptist Medical Center and subsequently known as Trinity Medical Center, decided to relocate the hospital in the City of Irondale.
