Plaintiff Katelyn Sack requested information from the defendants, the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”), the Department of Defense (“DOD”), and the Department of Justice (“DOJ”), and their component agencies under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552. Dissatisfied with their responses, she filed this lawsuit. Pending before the Court are defendants’ motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs motion to reinstate Count Fifteen of her Complaint.
