The New Orleans Workers' Center for Racial Justice and eleven individual plaintiffs bring this civil action against the defendant, the United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement ("ICE"), under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2012), seeking, inter alia, records related to ICE's Criminal Alien Removal Initiative ("CARI").
