Pro se Appellant, Lorie Pearl, appeals from the decree entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. This appeal arises from a case involving the estate of Alice Brown (“Mother”), the mother of Appellant and an incapacitated person. The decree assessed a surcharge against Appellant and her husband, Kenneth Pearl (“Husband”), a non-party to this case. The decree also denied in part Appellant’s request for reimbursement.
