This is an action by the endorsee against the endorsers in blank of a promissory note. The complaint alleges th'at the defendants were co-partners under the firm name of Lake Duel Company; that on or about August 8th, 1921, one Gust Peterson executed and delivered his promissory note in writing, by the terms of which he promised to pay to the Lake Duel Company sixty days thereafter the sum of $350.00, with interest at the rate of 8% per annum; that thereafter the said defendants, payees in said note, duly endorsed the same to the plaintiff; that at maturity thereof the…
