Minnie Creek Drainage District of Kankakee county, through its commissioners, on May 5, 1924, filed in the county court of Kankakee county its written complaint under section 58 of the Levee act, setting forth that certain owners of property located outside the district, including appellants, Frank W. Elliott, W. O. Nation and John Schrader, had since the organization of the district made connection with the ditches and drains of the district, and praying that the lands described therein be annexed thereto and assessed as other lands in the district.
