This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of McLean county dismissing for want of jurisdiction an appeal to that court taken by appellant drainage district from an, order of the county court sustaining legal objections to appellant’s petition under section 58 of the Levee Act [Cahill’s St. ch. 42, [¶] 56] to annex outside territory to its district.
