OPINION

J. FREDERICK MOTZ, District Judge.

This multidistrict litigation (“MDL”) proceeding involves allegations of market timing and late trading in the mutual fund industry. The proceeding is divided into three tracks, and each track is presided over by one of three judges in this district — Judge Blake, Judge Davis, and me. Because a series of prior opinions recited the basic underpinnings of this MDL, familiarity with the facts is presumed. 1
