The plaintiffs brought this action to enjoin defendant from tearing down and removing certain property located on a tract of land of- more than four hundred acres in Harrison township, Piekaway county. The defendant was in possession of the premises as a tenant from 1893 until 1919. The premises “prior to August 1, 1918, and for a great many years prior thereto, were owned by Richard A.
