The plaintiff, Gary Warren Lawson, appeals from the trial court’s judgment affirming the determination of the hearing officer of the defendant, the commissioner of motor vehicles, to suspend the plaintiffs motor vehicle license. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court erred when it determined that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear his appeal because he faded to file his appeal before the expiration of the forty-five day period pursuant to General Statutes § 4-183 (c). We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
