Nearly five years after filing their chapter 11 petition, Randy J. Reppert and Sharon A. Reppert (“debtors”) filed a motion to convert the case to chapter 12 pursuant to the Bankruptcy Judges, United States Trustees, and Family Farmer Act of 1986, P.L. 99-554 (“Act”), the relevant provisions of which are now codified at 11 U.S.C. § 1201 et seq.
