On June 24, 1994, the Alabama State Fair Authority (“ASFA”, “debtor” or “debtor in possession”), filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
