This proceeding relates to the bankruptcy case filed here by Moazma Syed (“Debt- or” or “Syed”) under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. on January 6, 1999. Debtor owns property commonly known as 3333-37 West Washington Street in Chicago, Illinois (the “Premises”).
