— The appellee brought this action against her husband, the appellant, alleging that they were.married on August 29, 1916, and separated on October 21, 1916. In the first paragraph of her complaint she alleged that on the latter date “the defendant with*92out cause wholly deserted plaintiff, not leaving her with sufficient provision for her support,” and had since re- ' fused to contribute to her support. In the second paragraph the plaintiff alleged that the defendant had told her certain things which a- kind husband obviously would not say to his wife, and had “quarreled with and abused her,”…
