*347 {¶ 1} Respondent, Bradley D. Keating, of Gahanna, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0076341, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2003.

{¶ 2} In a complaint certified to the Board of Professional Conduct on December 6, 2016, relator, Columbus Bar Association, *343 charged Keating with numerous violations of the professional-conduct rules.
