FAGG, Circuit Judge.

Billy G. Culbreath and Mary Alice Cul-breath appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment and dismissal of the Culbreaths’ Bivens -type constitutional tort claim against various officials and employees of the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). See Bivens v. Six Unknown Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971); Arcoren v. Farmers Home Administration, 770 F.2d 137 (8th Cir.1985). We affirm.
