Colorado Outdoor Education Center, Inc., 179 P.3d 16 (Colo.App.2007), which affirmed the trial court's grant of summary judgment for Respondents Colorado Outdoor Education Center, Inc. and Sanborn Western Camps, Inc. (d/b/a The Nature Place) (collectively "Sanborn").
