I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs George Serafino and his daughter, Anita Serafino, initially filed this suit in state court challenging certain actions arising out of their employment with Milton Bradley Company (“Milton Bradley”), a division of defendant Hasbro, Inc. (“Hasbro”).
