SARIS, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This action arises out of the defendants’ sale of term papers and other research materials to college students via the Internet, telephone, and electronic and United States mail. Plaintiff Boston University (“BU”) claims that the defendants are online “term paper mills” that know or should know that Massachusetts students purchase papers from them for submission as their own work in fulfillment of course and, ultimately, degree requirements.
