CAMPBELL, District Judge.
This is an action for the alleged infringement of two patents; 1. Patent No. 1,826,581 issued to Abraham Sprung, Assignor to Municipal Street Sign Co., Inc., for Street Sign, granted October 6th, 1931, on an ap*796plication filed July 25th, 1929, of which claims 4 and 6 are in suit. 2. Patent No. 1,995,869 issued to Abraham Sprung, for Sign Frame Support, granted March 26th, 1935, on an application filed December 28th, 1933, of which claim 3 is in suit; and also for unfair competition.
