ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
RONALD M. WHYTE, District Judge.
Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
