The Georgia Southern and Florida Railroad was placed in the hands of a receiver by the superior court of Bibb county, and during the years 1891,1892 and 1893, while in the hands of the receiver, taxes accrued upon the property of the railroad company in Lowndes county, and executions, dated Dec. 21, 1891, Dec. 20, 1892, and Dec. 20, 1893, were issued for taxes due the county for each of these years respectively, with interest from date at seven per cent, per annum.
