LATTIMORE, Judge.
— The rule is both sound and reasonable that complaints in bills oi exception in murder cases of the reception of testimony as to the bad condition of the body and organs generally of the deceased at any time between the shooting and his death, must bring forward something more informative than that such testimony was admitted over objection that same was immaterial, irrelevant and prejudicial.
