LATTIMORE, Judge.
Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Panola County of murder, and his punishment fixed at fifty years in the penitentiary.
We give below the substance of the testimony for the State. On the night of May 25, 1922, Dr. A. L. Parrish disappeared. He lived at Garrison in Nacogdoches county. On June 30th following his body was found wired to some poles in the bottom of Wanderlust Lake about two and one half miles from Garrison.
