OPINION

NAJAM, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Stuart and Nancy Showalter appeal from the trial court's order that they pay the attorneys' fees incurred by the Town of Thorntown ("Thorntown") in Thorn-town's enforcement of various ordinances against the Showalters. The Showalters raise a single issue for our review, which we restate as whether they preserved their appeal of the trial court's order that they pay Thorntown's attorneys' fees.

We affirm.
